Children Programs
Our large recreational facility is the ideal place for children and youth aged 3 - 18 years to play in a safe, stimulating and friendly environment. We offer affordable recreational, social and educational programs which promotes physical and emotional well being while boosting self-esteem and confidence. Our programs are extensive providing fun with a purpose for all youth. Our facilities include a 25 meter competitive swimming pool complete with ramp, a spa, large gym offering extensive sports programs and leagues, rock wall climbing, large ball and foam rooms, craft room, three computer labs, small library, games room with air hockey, pool, pop-a-shot basketball, ping pong, small group games room, Tween room for youth 10 - 12 years. The Teen Zone (youth 13 - 18) allows teens to come together in their own setting and includes: computer lab, big screen TV, pool tables, crafts, X-box and other systems, out trips and Extreme nights. Specialty Groups and Social skills groups are also offered, they include: Volunteer and leadership groups, Home Alone, Girls Group, Boys Group and Kids in Difficult Situations. Our Chill Out Room provides structure and counselling for youth needing additional support and guidance. Supper Club is a nutritional program which offers a hot meal every day from 4:00- 6:30 pm for only $1.00. Bussing is available to 38 schools and neigbourhoods in London, providing free transportation to and from the Club on specified nights. Busses are equipped with driver and bus monitor staff. We also offer Weekend Programs that include: Certified Red Cross Swim lessons, sports, nutritional cooking and afternoon drop-in programs. The Boys' & Girls' Club of London is dedicated to the High Five Program. This Program ensures that our programs are planned and executed to foster healthy child development. Staff are trained in the five principles of healthy child development and are evaluated regularly to ensure quality programs. ![]() |
