Fitness Room

Our fitness room is equipped with:
• Treadmills
• Recumbent & Upright Bikes
• Rowing Machines
• Ellipticals
• Free Weights
• Strength Machines
• Multi-workout Stations
• Chin up Bar
• Stability Ball
• Area for Stretching

Our Fitness Room Coordinator is a graduate from the Fitness & Health Promotion Program and has obtained various certifications, specializations and qualifications in her over 20 years experience. She will design a workout regime according to your fitness level.

Fitness Room Regulations 

• Must be a Club member
• Ensure that your Doctor is made aware of your exercise intentions
• New members must meet with co-ordinator for an orientation before using the Fitness Room
• Fill out the required documents
• Indoor running shoes and appropriate exercise attire
