We will be accommodating a limited number of children each night - that will allow children to explore and engage with a variety of opportunities in a safe and responsible manner. There is no limit to how many days you can register your children for Evening Adventure however, there will be a limit for busing.
Please notify the Club of any absences in advance, if possible.
Supper Club is available for an extra fee of $2.00 per person, per day. Click here to see the Supper Club schedule for this month!
Unfortunately, due to program space capacity limits, parents/guardians will not be permitted to remain in the building to wait for their child(ren).
*Please note that this was filmed before we re-branded to BGC London. Supper Club is now offering hot meal service instead of packed meals. Busing is available for registered Club members. More activities and program rooms are open!
Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, wearing face masks, practicing physical distancing will be required for all those who are participating in Club programs at the Club and at off-site locations. Starting on September 22nd, 2021, participants who are 12+ years old must provide proof of vaccination/exemption and identification. This will only be required to be shown to the BGC staff upon sign-in ONCE. BGC staff will not make copies or keep the proof provided; staff will log that proof has been provided and the participant should not have to provide it again.
For more information about who is and isn't exempt from providing proof of vaccination, please click here.
At this time, parents and caregivers will be responsible for providing transportation to and from the Club. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience.
Our busing schedule is available, and the busing program has resumed with limitations.
Due to limited spacing on the buses, members will only be able to access the bus service once per week. There is a limit to the number of children allowed on the bus due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines. Wearing face masks will be enforced.

Following the activity schedule, children are placed into a cohort (children from the same household will be in the same cohort). For the full list of activities be sure to check out the weekly schedule. Click here to see an example of the activity schedule.

We're using RecDesk to assist with online registration for all programs and memberships.
Please note that Evening Adventure and Supper Club are offered daily so you will need to select the day(s) that your child(ren) are attending.
If you have a RecDesk account:
You may proceed to register your child(ren) for a membership, Evening Adventure and Supper Club using your login name and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact us to have it reset for you (call 519-434-9114 during business hours or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you do not have a RecDesk account:
If you do not have an account already, please register your household for a RecDesk account, then you can enroll your children for Evening Adventure, Supper Club, memberships, and more (as new programs become available).
If your child has an Act-i-Pass, please enroll them as a BGC Act-i-Pass Member (under Memberships) before registering them for Evening Adventure. If they are bringing a guest, their guest must be enrolled by their parent/guardian as a BGC Child - Visitor.
We strongly encourage you to register online, however if that's not possible, please contact Nadine Harrison to make arrangements to be able to register in-person (email@example.com or 519-434-9115 ext. 238). We may not be able to make accommodations for drop-ins.
To ensure everyone’s safety, all individuals entering the Club must participate in an active pre-screening EACH NIGHT they attend program.
Prior to joining Evening Adventure every night, our staff will be asking assessment questions that you can complete online or upon arrival. Completing this online will most likely shorten the wait time at drop off, if completed correctly.
Our questions are relating to having symptoms, previous contact with others who may have COVID-19 or have travelled outside of Canada. If any of the questions are answered yes, the staff will request that you delay your visit, consider visiting your health care provider and to stay at home. All completed questionnaires are kept for our records for contact tracing purposes for the Middlesex-London Health Unit, in case individuals need to be contacted due to outbreak.
